We believe that the local church is where we are trained, equipped and grown for our divine calling and purpose. There is no menial task when it comes to serving God! Each place you serve helps contribute to the bigger picture of what God is trying to do through us as a church body. We are better together!
Every type of ministry has a divine purpose and vision, along with challenges and growth opportunities. Our goal is to equip you and walk with you in that process through serving and equipping in The Movement Growth Track.
Below is a list of some of the areas you can serve. We've grouped these ministries with the Movement Growth Track Phase we feel best equips you for the challenges and rewards of that ministry team. (Sign-up at the bottom of this page)
Pre-Movement - Jump in at Anytime
For those who might be saying; "I haven't Committed to The Movement yet, but I'd still like to serve."
Hospitality Team
Creating an inviting environment by providing an at home feeling that is open, friendly and social when people walk through the church doors.
Help prep that awesome Starbucks coffee and snacks each week, as well as other food service needs for our weekend service.
Parking Lot Team
Our vision is to welcome and make everyone feel comfortable and assist however needed so people can feel tangibly welcomed.
City Reach Team (Local Outreach)
City Reach is our passion to reach and touch our local community. Through weekly grocery giveaways, community outreach events, and partnering with other organizations to impact our community with the love of God, we are able to go beyond just loving our community in word, but also in deed.
Stage Set/Build Team
The build team is great for people who are carpenters or handymen by trade and seek to help out by contributing their time and expertise through constructing sets and small builds.
Maintenance Support Team
The maintenance support team is great for people who are carpenters or handymen by trade and seek to help out by contributing their time and expertise through projects at church.
Commit (Phase 1) - Areas you can Join after our 2-week Commit Class
For those who might be saying; "I have Committed to The Movement, and I'd really like to find where I fit."
Welcome Team
Loving and serving people to life by creating a welcoming environment for each guest as the enter the building where they can have the opportunity to experience God.
Ushering Team
Our vision is to welcome and make everyone feel comfortable and assist however needed so people can feel tangibly welcomed.
The friendly face that greets people inside the auditorium, assisting prepping the auditorium and finding seats, collecting offering, and offering assistance to guests however needed.
Feed The Need Team
Loving people to life through our actions.
Whether it is a mom that just had a baby, someone that had major surgery or a family that experienced a family loss, our heart is to tangibly help the family by delivering a hot meal.
Kids/Tots Check-In Team
Loving and serving families as the first point of contact for their children, helping them have a seamless and exciting impression of what awaits them in class.
Kids/Tots Helpers Team
Teaching and displaying the principles of Jesus’ love for our Tots through meaningful age- appropriate curriculum, interactive examples, and by the hearts of our leaders.
Tech Team
Using and developing our technical abilities and talents as our true, heart felt worship to God, to amplify His word.
Special Events Team
Our vision is to take the ordinary to extraordinary by creating memorable events that people feel they want to be a part of the church family.
Advance (Phase 2) - Areas you can Serve after finishing Victorious Living
For those who might be saying; "I really feel I want to invest myself into my community."
Tots Leader Team
Teaching and displaying the principles of Jesus’ love for our Tots through meaningful age- appropriate curriculum, interactive examples, and by the hearts of our leaders.
Requirements include:

Kids Leader Team
Instilling our kids with the identity that has been given to them through Christ Jesus, and to foster a love for the Church that will carry on through their adult lives.
Requirements include:

Safety Ministry Team
Maintaining an environment where people are safe to be vulnerable to God.
Making sure our church is secure and the experience remains safe for all who are in attendance.
Requirements include:

Worship Ministry Team
Our vision is to share the hope found only in Jesus Christ and to see strong relationships built directly with God, resulting in transformed lives and relationships with families, the local church, and communities.
Requirements include:
- Talent & Musical ear.
- Vocalists need to have a fine-tuned voice with ability to harmonize.
- Able to commit time to worship service schedule & rehearsals.
- Complete The Movement - Phase 1 & Phase 2.
- Attend Church Services.
- Serve in other area before joining the Worship Team.
Small Group Leader
We believe that Small Groups exist to build and develop relationships in a safe environment where a community of people can come together to learn from each other and grow in their relationship with The Lord, which in turn creates leaders and helps better serve the Body of Christ and the Church as a whole.
This is a great way to facilitate a currrciulm that will help the entire group continue to grow in their faith together.
Prayer Support Team
The prayer team's vision is to show God's love for others by praying for their needs, joining in prayer with others and for others, believing God will move mightily and show His glory in their lives.
Praying and supporting those prayer requests, usually of an urgent nature, that come into the church during the week.
Youth Team
Engaging the youth with the life-changing power of the Gospel, and equipping them with a firm foundation in truth, identity, and confidence, empowering them to fulfill all that God has for their lives.
Requirements include:

Disciple (Phase 3) - Areas you can Serve after finishing Victorious Living & Everyday Leadership
For those who might be saying; "I want to help lead others to become fully devoted followers of Jesus."
Lead a Team
Help Lead a ministry team within The Source Church.
Ministry Team Leaders help create a welcoming & loving environment for people of all races, religions, and histories to come and grow closer to the God who made them and seeks relationship with them.
Teach a Small Group
We believe that Small Groups exist to build and develop relationships in a safe environment where a community of people can come together to learn from each other and grow in their relationship with The Lord, which in turn creates leaders and helps better serve the Body of Christ and the Church as a whole.
Launch New Outreach/Ministry
Help Launch a new outreach or ministry within The Source Church.
Movement facilitators help create a welcoming & loving environment for people of all races, religions, and histories to come and grow closer to the God who made them and seeks relationship with them.
Prayer/Ministry Team
The prayer team's vision is to show God's love for others by praying for their needs in a church service, joining in prayer with others and for others, believing God will move mightily and show His glory in their lives.
Prayer Team is available after services to talk or pray with anyone needing some one on one attention. Extra training is provided for this position.
